Discover the Studio
The Studio is a unique venue accommodating various events, including weddings, celebrations, dance events, meetings, exhibitions and funerals. It has the capacity to cater for small events of 10 right up to 200.
The Studio is an iconic landmark in the town, and there is really no other venue quite like it. It’s built in true Art-Deco Style and what makes it so unique is the building is shaped like an angel. This sentiment carries through to weddings and naming ceremonies where guests are comforted knowing they are being blessed or married in the angel’s heart.
A not-for-profit charity operates the Studio with a strong ethos of helping local communities by operating a venue that retains its history, charm and continued use. The venue is popular among local people and, given its unique design, is growing in popularity for events from across Fife and beyond.

Our in-house chef has been part of the team since we opened The Studio, and we have menus for all tastes. From a traditional carvery to a 3-course menu, there are plenty of options for all.

Our dedicated team are highly trained and experienced in operating events and delivering high-class hospitality from a simple buffet to 4-course dining experiences. We provide a full event experience from planning your event to the day, ensuring the operation runs as smoothly as possible.
Our knowledgeable team will also make sure they help you build your event from an empty canvas room to a party paradise. The event experience is tailored to your requirements at all times.
How to find us
Located in the East of Fife, The Studio is not too far from the coast in the town of Methil. The town is easily accessible by road and is close to bus routes. Visitors can also access our venue by local rail in the future. Close towns include Leven, Cupar, St Andrews, Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes. We offer complimentary private car parking on a first-come-first-served basis with ample additional on-street parking available too
